This recipe is very beneficial – gives you energy, healthy and taste AMAZING!!!! 🙂 and before i forget to mention, it is very very simple to make!

What you need:
1 cup dry apricot
1/2 cup raisins
1/2 cup almonds
4-5 table spoon shredded coconut
2 table spoon of honey
1/2 cup shredded coconut (sprinkle on the ball)
Soak the almonds, apricot and the raisins for about 2 hours, than put into a food processor. When it is nicely stick together, take about 2 table spoon in your palms and put in the middle the honey and shredded coconut mix, then close it and form a ball (between your palms). Put the ball into the rest of the coconut, sprinkle around…..and voila!
Put in the fridge for a little while and enjoy!!
