This is a very simple recipe. SO if you dont want to spend much time with cooking, but want something tasty, then try this 🙂
What you need:
Cooked rice (1 cup cooked per person)
3 tbsp olive oil
Cook your rice on your own way 🙂
Cut the zucchini and tomato in small cubes and put into a skillet. Add the spices and the olive oil.
Add 1/2 dl water and cover it. Cook about 5-10 minutes and move the lid.
Add the rice – mix it and is done 🙂
