Vegan Zucchini Rice

This is a very simple recipe. SO if you dont want to spend much time with cooking, but want something tasty, then try this πŸ™‚

What you need:
Cooked rice (1 cup cooked per person)
1/2 zucchini
1/2 tomato
salt
cumin
mustard seed
turmeric
3 tbsp olive oil

How to:
Cook your rice on your own way πŸ™‚
Cut the zucchini and tomato in small cubes and put into a skillet. Add the spices and the olive oil.

Add 1/2 dl water and cover it. Cook about 5-10 minutes and move the lid.

Add the rice – mix it and is done πŸ™‚
